Hi I'm from Hungary.

The classic csemege paprika: Capsicum annuum var. grossum

There are two cast: sweet and hot.

the sweet is 0 SHU, the hot is between 500 and 2500 SHU.

This is a traditional Hungarian spice. As usual we use it in dry, ground form.
